Page provided third-party commissioning for NASA – Johnson Space Center LEED Office Facility for Transition (LOFT) to accommodate NASA teams being relocated at various times throughout the NASA Refurbishment Program. According to Center Operations Directorate, a crucial component of adherence to the JSC Facilities Master Plan, existing facilities that support NASA will need major refurbishment to correct deteriorating conditions that have occurred over the past 42 years. This 83,205-square-foot new office building (Building 20) provided transitional office space for approximately 520 people, of which some were relocated permanently. The project has achieved LEED Platinum certification.
