A 63-story, 873,000 square foot mixed-use residential and hotel high rise located in downtown Austin, along the historical 2nd Street District. The building offers luxury accommodations and amenities for both visitors and residents.

The site is rectangular and occupies the block’s southwest corner and has minimal sloping from west to east. The building will contain approximately 460 parking stalls over about 194,800 square feet of a nine-level parking structure. Parking will enter off 2nd Street and ramp up and start at the third level of the building. All parking will be located above grade.

The currently proposed building is approximately 872,986 square feet, which includes a 330-key hotel over 20 floors at about 240,700 square feet and 125 condominium units over 24 floors at about 295,000 square feet.

In addition to the program described above, the hotel and condominium will each have independent full-service amenity decks commensurate with a 4+ star hotel and best-in-class condominiums.

Hotel guests will be transported to the hotel’s 13th floor sky lobby through ground floor elevators located off Trinity Street. The condominium lobby entry will be located off 2nd Street.
