Awarded to our firm in a design competition, One Hudson Yards is a 33-story, 178-unit residential tower adjacent to the High Line. The 240,000 sf project is part of the Related Companies’ ongoing development of Hudson Yards, NYC’s new 28-acre neighborhood along the Hudson River.

The selected stone and glass facade carefully mitigates the different architectural vocabularies that are present around Hudson Yards, picking up the more traditional masonry construction prevalent in the Chelsea neighborhood while tying in to the glass curtain wall aesthetic of Hudson Yards.

The interiors, designed by Andre Kikoski, feature a private bowling alley and game room, a regulation basketball court, a 25-meter swimming pool and spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
