Located next to the Missouri Pacific Railroad line in North Austin, the buildout consists of the entire 3rd Floor. With a 26,000 sf floor plate, the project encompasses a complex program with multiple specialties, support spaces including a lab, several treatment rooms, Administrative Offices, Conference Rooms, and Telemedicine Rooms (for instant connectivity with Houston teams).

Flexibility and efficiency is integral to the design, with touch-down spaces for physicians and nursing staff sprinkled throughout. The floor is light-filled and cheerful with vibrant colors for way finding and corridors ending at windows. Specialties include ophthalmology, radiology/ultrasound, cardiology, neurology, allergy/immunology, gastro/nutrition, diabetes/endocrine, and plastic surgery/urology.
