Offices compose one of the largest amounts of space at most institutions. Convenient, equitable work environments often serve as a recruitment tool for attracting high-demand faculty members. Moving from private to open office landscapes has been challenging within institutions. The first segment of this webinar will broadly build a story around office space on campuses. Next, hear how one major R1 institution incorporated remote and hybrid work styles in determining office space needs for one of its divisions, ultimately reducing the amount of office space needed by 30%. Finally, join us for an open dialogue among all participants to discuss the challenges and successes a wide variety of campuses across the country have faced on this topic.
