The family-owned coworking provider, FIRMSPACE, entrusted Page to design a sophisticated coworking atmosphere aiming to lease its brand of fully-furnished glass-in offices to professionals and corporate executives working remotely, but seeking a refined corporate environment.

Page has designed multiple FIRMSPACE locations, including Denver, Colorado, Houston, Texas, Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia. The Denver location is in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver, Its floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views of downtown and the mountains beyond from the 16th-story of 1401 Lawrence Street. The 22,442-square-foot space is a forward-thinking combination of workplace design strategy and business-oriented amenities.

The Houston location is located in the 2-story BBVA Compass Plaza in Uptown Houston and the Atlanta location is in the heart of the high end Buckhead neighborhood. The company’s latest development is located in the Financial District of Chicago. Across FIRMSPACE locations, guests and members can congregate in the common areas, and the individual offices are designed with modular glass that feature privacy film while still allowing natural light. The offices are outfitted with high-end furniture, including six-food wide adjustable desks, which can be configured to accommodate up to eight desks.

The design for all locations takes advantage of the setting and maximizes views from most of the offices. While the perimeter glazing, clerestories and the use of transparent or opaque partitions allow daylight and views to the outside in the innermost offices. Translucent films, acoustic glass and a sound masking system are employed throughout the spaces to ensure acoustic and visual privacy.
