Page provided the Planning, Architectural, Interior Design, and Civil Engineering services for a new Community Hospital and associated Clinic/Medical Office Building (MOB) on two adjacent parcels. The campus and support services were strategically planned to maximize build out with a new parking garage on the two parcels. The completed Medical Office Building is 2-story, 42,000 GSF, with clinic space built out on Level 02. The building was designed and constructed to accommodate both the current needs of clinic space, and potential future needs of a cancer center and/or be converted to hospital space.

The design team worked closely with facility leadership and stakeholders to understand all current and potential future needs to maximize the development of a medical office building on site with impervious coverage limitations and restrictive setback considerations. The budget was given intensive consideration with leadership in specific regards to the construction type and number of stories.
