ViaSat Inc. is a global provider of satellite broadband and wireless services, infrastructure, and technology. They securely connect consumers, businesses, governments, and military to the internet anywhere in the world.
Page was engaged by ViaSat to master plan the company’s new Satellite Assembly Campus as well as to provide architecture and engineering services for the first phase. Located in Arizona State University’s Research Park, the 275,000 SF Phase 1 facility will initially
produce 1.5 satellites per year. Phase 2 will allow Viasat to ramp up production to 3 satellites per year, while Phase 3 will allow full satellite environmental testing and will bring the facility to roughly 390,000 square feet.
The project includes engineering offices, clean-room assembly areas and support spaces for ViaSats next generation satellite design and production efforts.
