Located in Pasadena, Texas, the very dated office building for this Celanese refinery site houses both administrative and engineering teams for its various chemical lines. Its current offices had been occupied for several decades and needed an update to establish itself as an employer of choice. In 2018, the company embarked on a renovation improve the work environment for its staff and accommodate future growth. The Page design team developed new interior design and furniture standards that respond to current industry needs and introduced amenities to promote community and collaboration. The materials, lighting, and furnishings as well as the use of graphic accent walls highlight the company’s brand and promote its image and culture to employees and visitors alike. The project is being implemented over 8 phases of deactivation, renovation and reactivation.
