Indeed Tower was honored with a 2024 Austin Green Design Award. Judge's comments included:

“ … the use of site, planning, active design, and historic preservation was exquisitely done. Love the layering, providing real conversation between old and new. We really enjoyed the story this has for cities that are a lot like Austin looking at renewal and new construction.”

“The transformation of this block is an incredible story for Austin, with solid performance attributes including for stormwater, an all-electric base building, and an impressive embodied carbon story that benefits from the existing building and low carbon concrete mixes.”
