AUSTIN, Texas – April 11, 2024 — Page, a forefront leader in architecture, engineering, and design, today unveiled its Austin office's strategic relocation to 200 W. 6th Street, Suite 1800. Beginning April 8th, the firm will occupy the 18th and western side of the 19th floors of Indeed Tower, a Page-designed LEED Platinum, 36-story, Class AA mixed-use tower. This landmark project in the heart of Austin’s historic central business district has 750,000 square feet of office, historic adaptive reuse, retail, and street-level green space. This move will help the firm achieve its corporate real estate strategy of leveraging hospitality-oriented workplace design, amenities, and vibrant experiences to curate a collaborative workplace culture following the company's recent acquisitions.
In the summer of 2022, Page completed its acquisition of former architectural and engineering giant EYP Group Holdings. In 2023, Page acquired its longtime structural partner DB Structures, integrating a more robust structural capability. In late 2023, the New York firm of Davis Brody Bond also became a Page company. With these acquisitions, expanding services, and high-profile projects nationally, Page has grown the fastest of any design, architecture, and engineering firm in the country. According to Architectural Record's list of top firms based on revenue, Page leaped from a 2022 ranking of 22nd to 10th in 2023. The relocation to the Indeed Tower will unite Austin’s most significant and enduring architecture and engineering practice with over 270 team members under one roof.
Over the past few years, employers have reported struggles with return-to-office numbers and creating office experiences that entice employees to come to work. Page's goal for the newly designed space is to prototype how an amenities-filled workplace located in an activated, mixed-use environment can be an asset to the company's corporate real estate strategies following a dramatic growth of fostering collaborative and innovative workplace cultures.
A Renewed Pledge to Innovation, Community and Clients
Page’s new lease doubles down on the firm’s historic commitment to downtown Austin. Since its founding, Page has been a cornerstone of innovation and design excellence in Austin.
"We are incredibly proud of our roots in Austin, and we owe our success to the trust and support of our clients, who have been integral to our journey to becoming a global design leader," states Daniel Brooks, Austin's managing director. "This move is not just about a new location; it is a renewal of our pledge to deliver exceptional, innovative design solutions in the city that started it all for us. Furthermore, it's a testament to the strength of our design-led approach in an era where urban revitalization challenges and opportunities abound."
